Grow with someone, but do not raise them. It is not your responsibility to force someone to have ambition. Everyone should have dreams and ambition regardless of where they are in life. You will spend time repeating yourself and slowly losing your vision, while they remain the same. Find someone to grow with, but do not waste time raising someone.
